ABOUT

Frank Verderosa
Frank Verderosa is a dedicated audio engineer, consultant, writer, and speaker. With 35 years under his belt, he’s still actively involved in casting, recording, sound designing, and mixing TV and radio commercials for well-known brands like T-Mobile, IKEA, Lexus, and McDonald's, among others.
Throughout his career, Frank has been the ears behind numerous award-winning projects, including a Clio for the Budweiser TV spot "This Bud’s for 2" in collaboration with VaynerMedia, Communication Arts awards for Barq’s Root Beer, and a variety of trophies from Promax BDA, London International, Ear Awards, and the Tellys for agencies and brands such as Burger King, Volkswagen, Verizon, and the History Channel.
Besides his advertising work, he frequently handles sessions for animation giants like Disney, Cartoon Network, Warner Brothers, and Nickelodeon. His days often involve ADR sessions for movies and TV shows, along with recording for video games.
Frank attributes his success to years spent in the music industry, applying everything he learned while earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Sound Recording Technology at the State University of New York’s College at Fredonia, where he gained a solid foundation in musicianship and ear training.
Having been a guitarist, drummer, and synthesizer player for many years, his real passion emerged in putting everything together behind the console (or in the computer). The experience he accumulated while tracking and mixing for artists like RUN DMC, Onyx, Bill Evans, Usher, The Fu Shnickens, plus numerous jazz, rock, and R&B musicians made tackling advertising sessions feel easy. His ear training and listening abilities truly set his work apart.
After founding and running Planet V Inc. on Bond Street in NYC, Frank transitioned to the now-closed Nutmeg Post, and he is currently at Digital Arts. These days, you can find him either at his workplace on 29th Street or in his well-equipped home studio in New Jersey.

If you’re a voice actor in need of assistance or demo production, check out the VO Help tab at the top of the website. Just a heads up—his consulting work operates independently from Digital Arts, so please refrain from reaching out to the studio with any inquiries.
